Objective: Through videos, we hope to educate the community about our support services with the help of staff and client’s perspectives and stories. Thus, we will promote our support services in a professional and reliable manner permitting clients to feel at ease and hospitals to feel comfortable referring their patients to us and seeing CSS as valuable, importance, and beneficial resources that work in tangent with hospital medical planning. Showcase relationship between clients, home carers (often family), and medical practitioners being beneficial to providing the best support.

Background/Context: Videographer, travelled to different support services to capture client and staff perspectives and stories regarding specific services. In 8 separate and short videos, we hope to capture: Attendant Services, In Home Support, Assisted Living, Respite, Homemaking, Adult Day, Hospice, “soft one”.
The target audience is first and foremost the general public, specifically future clients. The focus is to appear in a professional and reliable manner, allowing future clients to feel reassurance and comfort while using our support services. A second target audience would be hospitals in order to refer patients to our services. We believe the targeted age group would be between 35-70 years old.
Purpose: Through client and staff perspectives, inform the public and future clients about the support services we offer, remind medical practitioners of its importance to continued healthcare, and highlight CSS as an essential system of care seeking to ensure that basic needs are met, rather than a charity that operates on the basis of “doing good”.
Champlain Community Support Services requires a variety of branding material, both web and print, to support their accessible web-based services for individuals and caretakers seeking referrals. With this in mind, we created a logo several web advertisements/banners, a report card template (customizable according each affiliated agency), a social media. campaign, and other printed collateral.
